THE MODERN CONCEPT OF TRAINING FOREIGN SPECIALISTS IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The problem, the goal. The article analyzes the current problems of organizing the training of foreign specialists in additional professional training programs implemented at the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Ya. Kikot. The main factors influencing the effectiveness of mastering the program material are highlighted, with an emphasis on the national psychological and behavioral characteristics of students from specific regional locations. The purpose of the article is to identify priority vectors for the choice of forms of education with a detailed consideration of the specifics of contact interaction between a teacher and foreign students. Methods: in the course of the work, methods of generalization and systematization of scientific information, a method of comparative analysis of the studied literature on the issue of training foreign specialists in Russian universities, based on the study of the works of domestic specialists in the field of pedagogy and forensic examination with an analysis of various approaches to training foreign specialists in universities of the Russian Federation, presented their practical position in this direction. Results of the study: the result of the study is an analysis of the factors of adaptation of foreign specialists, as a key to the successful development of additional professional education programs in universities of the Russian Federation. Non-standard approaches to standard forms of teaching are proposed, which contribute to improving the quality of education of foreign students, taking into account their national psychological and behavioral characteristics. Conclusions: the key conclusion is based on the fact that the successful adaptation of foreign specialists to the development of additional professional education programs in higher education institutions of the Russian Federation is the key to effective training and achievement of educational goals. The problems analyzed in the article and proposals for their resolution require an integrated approach and joint efforts of educational institutions, teachers and foreign students themselves.
