RESEARCH OF SOCIONIC CHARACTERISTICS «PRUDENCE - DECISION»

The goal of the empirical research is to test the existing hypotheses in socionics related to values. The study examines the results of a correlation analysis of terminal values according to M. Rokeach with socionic indicators. Factor analysis of Rokeach values and correlation analysis of factors with socionic indicators were also conducted. Additionally, the article presents the results of a correlation analysis of socionic indicators with values according to Sh. Schwartz. The results of the studies refuted the most common hypothesis about the connection between values and verbal functions and quadras, while I. Beletskaya's hypothesis was found to be closest to the research results. The obtained results also allow for the refinement of descriptions of socionic indicators and the formulation of definitions for previously unexplored socionic indicators, which will enable practicing specialists using socionic methods to rely on verified hypotheses.
