The article examines the concept of "temporary perspective of personality" in the context of the movement of personality towards an active and prosperous life. The article presents the value orientations of modern youth and the results of the study of the affective component of the personality's time perspective. The article describes the factors interrelated with the positive perception of their own lives by students of one of the Russian universities, with their ability to be meaningfully active in the present.
