FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE'S EXISTENTIALISM AND POSTMODERNISM

Petrova Sophia I.  (Academy of marketing and socially-information technologies, Krasnodar. )

The article is devoted to the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche, which had a significant impact on modern thought and became one of the fundamental principles of existentialism and postmodernism. Rejecting logic and scientific knowledge, in his philosophical reflections, he was skeptical about the possibility of absolute truth and believed that understanding the world is determined by our subjective experiences and interpretations. The article shows that existentialism, in its connection with Nietzscheanism, emphasizes freedom of choice and responsibility to oneself and the world, encouraging people to accept their own lives and embody their true nature in it, regardless of external circumstances or social norms. Postmodernism, in turn, is based on Nietzsche's ideas about the destruction of metaphysical truths and the rejection of universal norms. Postmodernists, criticizing the claim to objectivity and absoluteness of knowledge, argue that truth is a construct created within a socio-cultural context and, in this regard, Nietzsche's philosophy opens up opportunities for understanding knowledge and truth, calling into question the dogmatic idea of objective reality and the need for absolute truths.
