SCIENTIFIC AND APPLIED ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING THE OBSERVATION SKILLS OF A PROFILER USING THE "NEURO SKILLS" TECHNOLOGY

The article is devoted to the scientific and applied aspects of developing the observation skills of a profiler using the "neuro skills" technology. The relevance of the study is due to the need to solve the problems of developing the observation skills of a profiler using effective psychological technologies, in particular the "neuro skills" technology. Object: analysis of scientific and applied aspects of developing the observation skills of a profiler using the "neuro skills" technology. Research objectives: 1) to analyze psychological observation from the point of view of conscious and unconscious, neurocognitive and neuropsychological mechanisms of organizing the professional activity of a profiler; 2) to identify the developing resources of the "neuro skills" technology; 3) to reveal the scientific and applied aspects of using the "neuro skills" technology as a condition for developing the psychological observation skills of a profiler. Methods: theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the research problem. Findings: psychological observation is defined as a professionally important quality of a profiler's personality from the standpoint of the psychology of consciousness and the unconscious, cognitive psychology, and the theory of neuropsychology; the theory and practice of the "neuro skills" technology is based on the scientific provisions of cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, explaining the brain organization of consciousness, emotions and activity of higher mental functions; the practical aspects of the "neuro skills" technology are characterized by the use of modern methods and significant development potential, including for the development of psychological observation of the profiler. Conclusions: 1) the process of psychological observation of the profiler is carried out through the mechanisms of the brain organization of mental functions involved in the observation process; 2) the development of psychological observation of the profiler must be carried out on the basis of neuropsychological mechanisms of the brain organization of mental processes that ensure the observation process; 3) the theoretical provisions and practical methods of the "neuro skills" technology are based on the scientific provisions of cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, psychology of consciousness and the unconscious, explaining the brain organization of the psychological observation process, which allows creating practical methods for the targeted development of psychological observation of the profiler.
