SOCIALIZATION AND ADAPTATION FEATURES OF MIGRANT WORKERS FROM CENTRAL ASIA IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article analyzes a theoretical overview of migration issues from the Republics of Central Asia, as well as the adaptation of migrant workers. The psychological difficulties that arise in the process of their socialization into the new cultural society of the host country are described. The article presents the socio-psychological, ethnic characteristics of the ethological index of migrant workers from Central Asia in the Russian Federation. The main focus is on the causes of aggressive behavior of migrant workers as a result of changes in the mental and psychosomatic state of the individual.
