In modern psychological science, there is a transformation of approaches to understanding the phenomenon of life satisfaction. Under the influence of global social changes, traditional ideas about life well-being require a fundamentally new interpretation. Currently, the world is experiencing key changes, such as an increase in the population's income levels, a shift in values towards career success and self-development, the active introduction of digital technologies in communication, the intensification of environmental risks, and the growing tension in international relations. These changes are fundamentally transforming the system of human needs and leading to a revision of key aspects of psychological well-being, giving a new meaning to the traditional concept of life satisfaction.
The article analyzes the concepts of adulthood and life satisfaction, and reveals the factors of life satisfaction. The author's hypothesis suggests that the main factors of life satisfaction in adulthood are family well-being, personal security, professional fulfillment, and financial prosperity. Sample. The sample size was 100 people. The survey involved representatives of psychological professions aged 36 to 55. All respondents agreed to participate.

The statistical analysis revealed a stable relationship between the overall level of life satisfaction measured by testing and the subjective assessment of various aspects of life obtained during the survey.
