In the conditions of growing uncertainty and competition for qualified personnel, corporate culture becomes a strategic resource of the organization. The article considers corporate culture as a system of values and norms that determine the organizational behavior of employees. An approach to assessing the effectiveness of the corporate values implementation program through quantitative measurement of the strength of corporate culture is described. An integral indicator of the strength of corporate culture is proposed, which takes into account two parameters: the proportion of employees aware of corporate values, and the proportion of employees who have integrated these values into their personal value attitudes. The methodology makes it possible to track the dynamics of the formation of corporate values, assess the effectiveness of the corporate values implementation program and adjust it in a timely manner.
