The article deals with the technology of team teaching as a method of forming professional identity of psychology students. A detailed analysis of the structure and methodological foundations of the technology is presented, which includes four fundamental elements: strategic team building, systematic feedback, practice in solving professional problems, and a system of mutual evaluation. The sequence of six key stages of technology realization in the educational process is described. The effectiveness of team-based learning technology for the development of professional identity of future psychologists through the creation of conditions for active professional interaction, solving practical problems and developing professional competencies is substantiated. The results of empirical research confirming the advantages of this technology over traditional training formats both in the aspect of academic performance and in the context of professional development of students are presented.
