FRAMEWORK OF COMPETITIVE INTERACTION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS WITHIN CONTEST SETTINGS

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of competitive interaction among students of secondary vocational education institutions within the context of competitive activities. Based on theoretical analysis and systematization of approaches from pedagogical and social psychology, the authors have identified and substantively described the key structural components of this interaction: motivational, emotional, ethical, and behavioral. The specificity of their manifestation among college students is emphasized, relating to age-related characteristics and an orientation towards practice-oriented professional development. It is noted that competitive interaction within competitions constitutes a complex psychological-pedagogical phenomenon requiring targeted formation to achieve both educational goals (improving the quality of vocational training, enhancing cognitive activity) and personal development goals (developing stress tolerance, communicative competence, professional identity). The obtained research results can be used to optimize the organization of competitive activities in secondary vocational education and to develop psycho-pedagogical support for participants.
