Introduction. Vibroacoustic massage is used in rehabilitation and as an ad-junct in the treatment of various physical and mental health problems. Objec-tive: to evaluate the effect of the author's method of simultaneous acoustic and vibrational effects of singing bowls (VMSB) on the indicators of physical and mental well-being in healthy people. Methods. 55 young women (average age 20.61±1.61 years): 33 people were in the experimental group (EG), 22 people were in the control group (KG). EG underwent a course of 10 sessions of VMSB. All participants completed a series of questionnaires to measure quali-ty of life (SF-36 questionnaire), psychoemotional state (SAN Scale for as-sessing well-being, activity and mood, ZARS self-assessment scale, Spiel-berger-Khanin test for assessing reactive and personal anxiety) and sleep quality (PSQI, Ya.I.Levin questionnaire). Diagnostics in the experimental group was performed before the course, immediately after the course, 2 weeks and 3 months after the course, in the control group – once.
Results. The course of the VMSB contributed to:
• Steady improvement of the mental component of the quality of life (MCS, p<0.001).
• Long–term improvement of well-being (SAN1) and activity (SAN2), short-term improvement of mood (SAN3).
• Significant reduction in reactive anxiety (p<0.001) and ZARS anxiety (p=0.001).
• Improved sleep quality according to PSQI and Levin (p<0.001) for 3 months.
Conclusions. VMSB demonstrates the potential to improve the psycho-emotional state, sleep quality, and mental well-being of healthy young women.
