This article analyzes the features and methods of using mascots by Russian organizations and companies in communication with their audiences, clients and consumers. The work examines mascots popular in Russia and its regions, and analyzes the company values presented by them. The article presents the history of the emergence of mascots, as well as the process of their development in Russia and abroad. The authors describe their types and the most effective ways of communication and communication between the mascots of the organization and its audience, as well as the features of a number of Russian mascots and their role in shaping the image of companies.
