The article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the system of socio-cultural factors of the formation of ethnosocial identity in modern Russia. The author, relying on constructivist and systemic approaches, explores the dialectical interaction of traditional (language, religion, family) and modern (digital environment, media, migration processes) identification factors. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research data, the hypothesis of the formation of a "complex identity" in Russian society is proved, which is characterized by the complementarity of stable citizenship and a pronounced ethno-cultural component. The hierarchy and dynamics of socio-cultural factors at the micro, meso, and macro levels are revealed. The practical significance of the work is related to the development of recommendations for state social and cultural policy aimed at strengthening civil solidarity while preserving ethnic and cultural diversity.
