The usage of technology of psycho-pedagogical interaction and its role in improving the effectiveness of training young sportsperson

Discussed the issue of improving the effectiveness of training young athletes in case if there is an orientation of trainer not to the usual policy impact, but to the psychological and pedagogical interaction. Psycho-pedagogical interaction is defined as a pedagogical technology, involving mutual coordination in communication and the coordination of individual actions of the athlete and trainer. In the result of the study found to be more effective are those dyads «trainer-athlete», where the observer is setting the trainer to take into ac-count the individual properties of the personality and the individual re-sponse of the athlete. It was also noted that the quality of individual train-ing beginners is raised if there is a compatibility between trainer and ath-lete in terms of temperament and anxiety.
