DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF EDUCATIONAL MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS OF HUMANITARIAN AND TECHNICAL FIELDS

This article is about the role of students' educational motivation as a driving force determining the academic achievements of students. This issue has been studied by such authors as D.B. Elkonin, O.S. Grebenyuk, V.D. Shadrikov, V.V. Davydov and others. It is believed that educational motivation helps to determine not only the further development of personality, but also contributes to the implementation of various forms of educational activity, while involving the emotional and volitional sphere. Educational motivation is a resource for personal contribution to individual capabilities and achieving the desired result.
