The article is devoted to organizational and legal measures aimed at combat-ing the terrorist activities of individual political parties in the Russian Em-pire at the beginning of the 20th century. It discusses the main regulatory le-gal acts regulating the activities of the Russian police in this field, the charac-teristics and results of countering political terror.
