Depth reasons for the damage of Russia in the Russian-Japanese war

the article deals with the relevance of studying the experience of the Russian-Japanese war that took place at the beginning of the XX century. The motives of the origin of the prerequisites for the initiation and conduct of hostilities are investigated. Determined by the characteristics of the parties in the preparation for war, the main directions and the deeper causes of Russia's defeat in the war with Japan in 1904-1905, the Role and place of the tsarist government and the Military of the Ministry of Finance and the current supply of the Russian army with everything necessary and management in the course of the war.
