Formation of an image of the enemy in the Soviet press on materials of periodicals of the Vologda region (the Krasny Sever newspaper, 1929)

In this article, the author on the basis of a study of the materials of the regional party edition - the newspaper "Krasny Sever" for the period from January to March 1929, inclusive, reveals the specific weight of the "kulak" theme in the press. With the help of the content analysis, the scope of the ideological and propaganda company on the formation of the enemy image in the Soviet mind is considered. As the indicators that make it possible to classify a particular newspaper material as a "kulak" theme, the author chose the following words and phrases: "kulak", "kulaks", "clerk", "class enemy in the village", "exploiter" (in the village), The "capitalist element" (in the village), and others.
