Elements of linguistic reliance in the modern life of Balkarian societies

The article analyzes the question of the functioning of elements of pagan beliefs in the life of Balkarian societies. The material revealing the elements of pagan beliefs, such as the worship of sacred trees and stones, which with the penetration of the norms of the Islamic religion into the life of Balkarians has been practically eradicated, has been revealed and studied, but the facts show that they, in various forms, continue to exist today.
