The article is devoted to the professional competence of specialists of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Having studied the academic literature, as well as the professional standards of the employees of the Pension Fund, the author of the FIU specialists. In the author's opinion, the realization of the model makes it possible to systematize work on increasing professional competence, to make it, logically consistent, substantively directed and methodologically sound.
