Estimated determination at the translation

in the article, phraseological units are considered as a way of modality transfer in the example of Russian, English and Chinese languages, especially the variants of their translation with the purpose of saving the evaluation component in the utterance. The choice of phraseological units is due to the presence of the eye lexeme, in search of equivalent variants in the translation, we tried to preserve this component to make sure that its presence affects the character description, judgment, evaluation, indifference, excitement, surprise and much more and is able to transfer it to other languages.
