Political and ideological preconditions for the formation of a multi-party system in Siberia in the late nineteenth century - the beginning of the twentieth century

Korneeva Galina Andreevna  (сandidate of Historical Sciences, assistant professor, Senior Researcher of the Khakass State Research Institute of Language, Literature and History)

The article considers the issue of political and ideological preconditions for the formation of the Siberian multi-party system at the beginning of the 20th century, which is connected with the processes of differentiation and political consolidation of social forces in the defining boundaries of the main directions of social and political thought and movement. Already on the eve of the revolution, in the slightly differentiated opposition democratic movement in the region, the contours of the disintegration into trends within the main directions or the paradigm of the main "models" of the country's historical development began to be determined: the socialist and its non-radical type of variety - the Socialist Revolutionaries, the Popular Socialists, the liberal - on the basis of basic liberal values - the left flank (cadets), the liberal-conservative (Octobrists) flank of liberalism and the right-monarchist trend on the basis of moral politicians oh philosophy neoslavyanofilskogo conservatism Shipovskaya Sheremetev-wing (in Tomsk took shape in the "circle" - STG department even before the Manifesto of October 17). The definition of contours with respect to the amorphous left flank of Western-type liberalism at the beginning of the revolution took on a radical character, which aroused the corresponding reaction of the socium, in the mental dimension of a traditionalist, extremely right-wing radical, that manifested itself in the wave of October pogroms. Given the multi-vector politico-ideological prerequisites for the formation of a multi-party system in Siberia, on the whole, the question of "rootedness" of right-wing parties, like the entire system, at the regional level calls for further research.
