Individualization of the educational process according to the physical culture discipline in accordance with the functional opportunities and motor reserves of university students

The article actualizes the problem of individualization of the educational process for the discipline «Physical Culture» among students of the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Information Technology. In accordance with the professions' occupational diagrams, the main necessary professional-oriented motor abilities are identified, which determine the physical and functional fitness of future professionals taking into account individual health reserves and the potential of the motor base. The article examines the indicators of the level of the functional state of students, general, special endurance, as well as coordination abilities.
