Labor protection for women of Europe and the USA under preparation and post-human periods (XIX-beginning of the XX century)

The active inclusion of the fair sex in industrial production is a natural process due to the trends in the economy, the industrial revolution. This article is devoted to the disclosure of the features of labor regulation of women in Europe and the USA in the New time in the prenatal and postnatal periods (XIX - early XX centuries). The existing labor legislation, for the period under review, in terms of the issues under consideration was ineffective and required development. Subsequent changes affecting the legislation gave a significant impetus to the further development of the regulatory framework governing various social relations based on gender identity.
