In modern linguistics, the concept of linguistic norm is closely aligned with the visualization of literary, correct, correct speech, which is one of the most important indicators of the level of a person’s general culture. As a rule, the norms are of a bipolar nature. If, on the one hand, it contains the objective properties of a developing language, then, on the other - public taste ratings. The norm, as a socio-historical and deeply national phenomenon, characterizes, first of all, the literary language - recognized as an exemplary form of the national language.
