Sulaimonshoeva Satrijahon Shogulovna  (Postgraduate Student, Moscow State Regional University)

The article is devoted to the analysis of symbols in Jalaliddin Rumi s poem and the translation discourse of «The poem about Implied Sense». In the study two translations of this poem into Russian and some version of English were analyzed and several most prominent fragments of using of symbols were selected. These extracts were analyzed by methods of comparative and descriptive analysis as well as the elements of discursive analysis. The cultural, historical and social factors that influenced the translation of the symbols into Russian and English were also taken into account. The study showed that Rumi used that or another symbol consciously or unintentionally for creation of the poetical images and personal habits. It is concluded that the author used these symbols in order to represent such human trains like devotion, intelligence, kindness, braveness and the main difficulties in translation are determined by the national identity and vivid imagery of religious symbols. Results of research can be used in both theory and practice of translation.
