Means of quasi-scientific strategy implementation as exemplified in media astrological forecast

The article examines quasi-scientific strategy as one of the minor strategies that alternatively implements the major persuasive strategy of an astrological text. Quasi-scientific strategy in the text of a horoscope is implemented through complementary use of linguo-stylistic, contensive and thematic means. Among them are the following: the use of astronomical terms and astrological pseudo-terms, means of imitating objectivity and accuracy of the forecast, form of thematic development of the text.
