Back-wordformation in the history of the Russian language

the article critically examines the model of non-affixing word formation and the hypothesis that such nouns with the meaning of abstract action as vygul, otžim, nagar, posyl are formed by the so-called zero-affixation, and also substantiated the hypothesis of the origin of these words by back-wordformation in the history of the Russian language.
