The semantics of the language means expressing aggression in the legal field

This article discusses current issues, related to analysis of linguistic means expressing aggression in the legal sphere of the Russian language. The subject of the research is language phenomena that illustrate the forms and ways of manifestation of speech aggression in the field of jurisprudence. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to demonstrate examples of explicit and implicit aggression in the linguistic and legal space. Authors, using empirical research methods, analyze the specifics of verbal aggression. It may be interesting for students of law schools. The article concludes about the importance of understanding speech aggression. Authors propose tasks related to linguistic security for students at the undergraduate level (the subject of "Rhetoric") or master ("Legal linguistics").
