The struggle of patricians and plebeians, its influence on the formation of the political system of Rome

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of class confrontation between patricians and plebeians and its influence on the development of the political system of Rome. Special attention is paid to the root causes of the struggle, the positions of individual researchers and authors are also analyzed in the context of the development and formation of the political system of Rome. Particular emphasis is placed on the Laws of the XII tables, the Laws of Valeria and Horace, the Laws of Kanulia, which are the source of the Roman plan, allowing a civilized way to resolve the class struggle between patricians and plebeians. Also examined are the rights that the plebeians received in the results of the struggle, and their influence on the socio-political unification of the Roman community, as well as the state organization of the policy.
