The «Nizhny Novgorod Zemsky newspaper» in 1904 and the reasons for change of its course according to its publications

The article is devoted to the analysis of the main reasons and key areas of «Nizhny Novgorod Zemsky newspaper» publications. The author comes to the conclusion that the social-political regional problems in the beginning of the 20th century occupied a modest place there. On the contrary – the socio-economic questions and everyday local matters of that time provided for increased public attention to «Nizhny Novgorod Zemsky newspaper». But the situation changed in 1904. The author reveals its main reasons.
