The scientific work of students as a meaningful component of the teacher’s pedagogical activity

In this study we investigated and substantiated the feasibility of establishing a scientific, RA-tionalisation clubs and sports clubs with the aim of improving the professional training of military specialists. In order to show the positive aspects of the activity of military-scientific circles of cadets, the authors of the article summarized the experience of the ten-year work of the scientific circle, formed by the efforts of two military departments of the branch of the VUNTS air force "VVA named after N. E. Zhukovsky and Yu. a. Gagarin" in Syzran: aviation electronic equipment and aerodynamics and flight dynamics. The relevance of the work is determined by the need and the need to find new ways of developing the personality of a military specialist with professional research skills. In the process of the study the increase of professional level of knowledge of the cadet, the development of communicative skills, analytical culture and skills, plan their activities, etc. non-standard approach of supervisors to the organization of work in the circle also is a powerful motivator for young scientists. In addition, the article describes the results of an experiment conducted among students engaged in work in circles in order to identify the positive impact of cultural studies on the development of the personality of the future military specialist. Studies have shown that extracurricular activities in scientific, innovation and sports circles and training do not interfere with each other, but significantly increase the efficiency of the educational process, contribute to the development of professional and cultural competence of military specialists. According to the cadets, the creative work is undeniably useful, since: professional orientation of scientific works allows to consolidate knowledge in special military disciplines; teachers share their experience and knowledge, which can not be found in textbooks.
