Model the level of training of the graduate in agrarian higher education institution and verification of its effectiveness

In article on based the modernization strategy of professional agricultural education, the article analyzes the current trends of the triune request of the employer, society and the state policy of the Russian Federation in the agricultural sector; the basic component of the graduate’s professional competence is identified, which is ensured by the competitiveness of the future specialist in the labor market; the components of the graduate’s competitiveness were established: a broad social outlook, creativity of behavior and a high level of individual activity; a model of professional training for a graduate of an agricultural university is proposed, focused on the formation of the professional and personal potential of the specialist responsible for the preservation and enhancement of the natural potential, which, in turn, determines the use of both basic and innovative agricultural technologies; Four enlarged groups of indicators of the generalized model of multilevel vocational training of a graduate of an agricultural university are identified; the first enlarged group is a professional - personal potential, as the ability to self-understanding, self-forecasting and self-development with an active position of the subject of professional activity, possessing the personal qualities of the successful implementation of professional activities; the second enlarged group is the agroecological culture of the specialist, as the personal responsibility of the specialist in professional activities for the state of the environment; the third and fourth enlarged groups are examined from the standpoint of technological readiness of an agricultural university graduate, divided into basic technologies (the formation of universal general cultural, general professional and professional competencies, which traditionally determine the professional competence of an agricultural university graduate) and innovative technologies (orientation to human potential opportunities and their implementation); a computer version of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the model of integrated assessment of the level of professional training of a graduate of an agricultural university was developed; The data of verification of the didactic experiment on the levels of formation of vocational training of the graduate at its main stages are presented.
