Main directions of development of corporate culture of students of creative high schools

The corporate culture has powerful impact on main indicators of activity of creative high school, making it interesting and unique both in perception of its own employees and students, and in presentation of other organizations and institutions. The consideration of functions of implementation of corporate culture allows to use this mechanism for creative development and creating prerequisites for stimulating students' social and cultural activity. The results of the investigation of conditions of the realization of corporate culture in the Saint-Petersburg State High School of Culture were presented in this article.
