Youth in the regional party- Soviet apparatus in the 1930s. (on materials of the European North of Russia)

The article on the basis of archival materials shows the place of youth in the party-Soviet apparatus in the late 1920s-1930s. The role of representatives of young generations in public administration in the implementation of the policy of forced socialist modernization is revealed. The study was conducted on the example of the European North of Russia (the Northern Krai (1929-1936 years), the Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions).
