To the rebel and partisan movement in crimea in the period of german occupation in 1918

The article is devoted to the complex issue of the rebel-partisan movement in Crimea during the period of German occupation in 1918. Based on a thorough analysis of the sources, the author comes to the conclusion that thanks to the coordinated work of the Internal Guard and the German military police in the fight against the Bolshevik underground and the remnants of the Red Guard hiding in the forests, in Crimea until the fall of the government of General Maciej Sulkevich when there was established almost pre-revolutionary order. For five months of its existence, the government under the leadership of Maciej Sulkevich managed to carry out a number of political and economic measures that allow it to¬ judge the achievement of certain goals and quite obvious positive results. This might be the only case in the era of Russian Troubles, when the local administration not only managed to create a quality device civilian police, but also to make it work effectively.
