Independent work of students in the system of physical education in the university

The article presents the results of a study on the application of the program for independent work of students to develop physical qualities and improve the level of physical fitness of students. The levels of physical fitness of students are determined and the factors determining the effectiveness of the development of physical fitness are identified.
