Formation of technical competences within implementation of programs of technical orientation

The author, proving relevance of a research, notes importance of realization in the organization of additional education of additional general education programs of technical orientation in development of younger generation for the purpose of formation of the technical competences necessary in future engineering activity what standard and legal documents confirm. The efficiency of process of formation at teenagers of technical competences can be increased due to realization of a complex of pedagogical conditions in the organization of additional education. In article pedagogical conditions of formation at teenagers of technical competences are considered. Besides, the author's program of technical orientation is considered, the course of skilled and experimental work on formation of technical competences, within implementation of this program is described. The analysis of results of a research demonstrates that the revealed pedagogical conditions promote effective formation at teenagers of technical competences.
