Leisure association as environment of formation and cultural development the international relations of teenagers

In the globalization and integration conditions of world civilization processes interaction with representatives of different cultures increases. The culture of the international relations is one of stabilizing factors of the modern society therefore the correct theoretical judgment of this phenomenon is so important. Teenagers often are participants of the interethnic conflicts and sharply react to the facts of social injustice manifestation of nationalism in relation to representatives of "foreign" ethnocultural groups which do not fit into structure a community picture "we". In article leisure association of teenagers as the unique pedagogical environment and an organizational and cultural form, capable to compensate deficiency of culture of the international relations in educational activity, having the potential stimulating process of formation personal identity and successful socialization in modern multinational society. The author revealed key elements of culture of the international relations of teenagers at the motivational, informative, valuable and behavioural levels and social and pedagogical conditions of realization of potential of sociocultural activity and pedagogical resources of leisure association are proved.
