Pedagogical conditions of formation of a culture of interpersonal relations of cadets in the educational process of a military educational organization

In this paper, the necessity of creating optimal pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of interpersonal relations of cadets in the educational process is substantiated. Studied the phenomenon of culture of interpersonal relationships. In particular, the conditions for the formation of a culture of interpersonal relations of cadets in the context of specific technologies of education of a military institution are considered. The role of pedagogical support in the process of forming a culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets has been studied. The article reveals the main pedagogical conditions for successful development of a culture of interpersonal relations of cadets: activating a positive motivational attitude to forming a culture of interpersonal relations, filling the content of forming a culture of interpersonal relations with information about the rules and patterns of communication, reaching an understanding of the teacher and cadets, filling the educational process with value and personality-relevant for cadet content.
