Organization and activities of the police of Cheboksary district of the Chuvash autonomous region (1920–1925)

the Article is aimed at studying the historical experience of police development in Cheboksary district of the Chuvash Autonomous region on the basis of archival documents. The organizational structure of the County police is considered. Its personnel is described. The results of the fight against crime in the territory of Cheboksary County are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the main features of the development of the Cheboksary district police in 1920-1925.
