The structure and training of personnel at state farms in Western Siberia in 1928-1934

The article attempts to reconstruct the personnel structure of West Siberian state farms and the system for training and attracting personnel for state farms in the late 1920s and early 1930s. The dynamics of a quantitative change in the composition of state farm workers is shown. The author also examines staff turnover at state farms in Western Siberia, its causes and measures taken by the authorities to combat it.
