This work is devoted to the consideration of the problem of the effectiveness of the teachers’ certification and advanced training system in the regional educational space of the Chechen Republic. The system of working with pedagogical personnel implies not only monitoring and improving the subject training of a teacher, but also working with his personal sphere, tracking its dynamics, periods of development and stagnation, and we are talking not only about professional psychological and pedagogical training, but also about the personal meanings of himself. teacher.
