The article discusses the comparative characteristics of eating behavior of students in grades 10-11 with different motor activity. Currently, an increasing number of children of high school age lead a sedentary lifestyle. In addition, the diet is disrupted: some children refuse Breakfast, use fast food services at school, and take a rich dinner in the evening, sometimes before going to bed. By the end of school, many children are diagnosed with gastritis, colitis, and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as have a weight deficit, and some, on the contrary, are overweight[1]. In order to normalize children's eating behavior, it is necessary to inform them about proper nutrition even at school age, to involve them more actively in sports and tourist sections, as well as to conduct wide propaganda in the form of a "health Day" dedicated to nutrition in adolescence, which will bring tangible results in the formation of a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation.

Keywords:proper nutrition, nutritional status, children's eating behavior.
