Problems of personnel support in the sphere of physical culture and sports in the Oryol region

The article describes the staffing of the sphere of physical culture and sports in the Oryol region. The following problems were identified: dissatisfaction with the material and technical base in the field of physical culture and sports; difficulties associated with the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the work of sports organizations; dissatisfaction with wages; poor-quality medical support for athletes; dissatisfaction with their living conditions, low social status of the profession of a sports coach (physical education teacher); insufficient financing of the sphere of physical culture and sports, etc. Solutions are proposed: adjustment of educational programs, development of practical recommendations for graduates, methodological and consulting assistance to graduates, development of advanced training courses with the account of the opinions of leading experts in the field of physical culture and sports. participation of students in mass physical culture, sports and health events, etc.
