Pedagogical technology of the formation of polycultural competence of future specialists in the classroom for the culture of business communication

The communicative approach in teaching the culture of business speech is aimed directly at the practice of communication and the formation of future specialists in the agricultural industry skills and abilities to use language forms to achieve specific communicative goals in real business professional situations. It is proved that in the aspect of multicultural education, not only purely business etiquette is assumed, but also an understanding of traditions, customs, conventions, connotations (associations), and cultural conditionality of behavior; the specifics of perception (skills of analysis, hypotheses, reflection, ways to resolve conflicts), which contributes to full-fledged business communication. It is argued that the content of business speech should be linguistic (readiness to use a foreign language as a tool for thinking), pragmatic (readiness to transmit communicative content in communication), cognitive (readiness for communicative and thinking activities) and informational (knowledge of the content of the conversation) components.
