Models and directions of scientific cooperation of oil universities of Russia and China: one belt, one road

The article actualizes the problem of studying the models and directions developed within the framework of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. The author approaches the solution of the task by identifying aspects of scientific cooperation between oil universities of Russia and China. The article substantiates the importance of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative for the successful interaction of countries and mutually beneficial economic development. The author substantiates the importance of the role of the conditions for the implementation of models and directions of international cooperation of oil universities of the two states, reveals the dependence of the need to analyze the specifics of implementation in the structure of the activities of higher education institutions, within which he reveals the universality of the structure of the specifics reflected in the components listed in the article. Speaking about the models of interaction between the China and Russia in the system of “university-production-cooperation” in the sphere of ensuring the strategic development of the oil and gas industry, it is necessary to consider the existing areas of cooperation and the main concepts that determine the international relations of oil universities of countries, among which the author highlights: the direction of comprehensive development within energy cooperation; a new stage of joint energy interaction; cooperation of oil universities on new projects, etc.
