Relevant problems of applying training systems in teaching future military specialists

The substantiation of necessity to apply training systems in the military education is adduced in the article. Special attention is paid to the methodology of teaching future military specialists in the higher educational institutions. A summary of the recommended strength training exercises used for development of endurance and coordination is provided in the article.
