Simulation business games in the educational process of higher school

The simulation game is one of the types of business games. Unlike business games, it is as close as possible to the real conditions of the organization's functioning, its individual business processes, management subsystems. The article discusses the requirements that must be met when organizing a simulation business game; its stages are indicated; the advantages and disadvantages are identified.
