Monitoring of reproductive health and measures to prevent reproductive disorders in female university students

In this article, the author presented the results of experimental work with university students who have a deviation of the state of reproductive health. The methods of complex control over the state of health of female students are considered. The specific means of physical culture, the conditions for the implementation of the developed methodology in the conditions of the university are identified. The analysis of the dynamics of physical fitness, the state of health of students is carried out. The effectiveness of the proposed method in the prevention of abnormalities of the reproductive system and the preservation of health is shown.
